The elegant brick dwelling just outside Nashville, TN, is on the market for $4.6 million. It has nearly 11,000 square feet, five bedrooms, and 7.5 baths.
Hamilton bought the home in 2018 for $2.6 million. So if he snags his asking price, he’ll skate off with a nice profit.

Set in the gated community of Woodward Hills, Hamilton’s palatial home is filled with ornate, Old World details. Hefty moldings, scroll work, and chandeliers adorn many rooms.
The main living area has a soaring ceiling, two rows of windows, and a huge fireplace. A stately staircase climbs from the foyer to the second level and overlooks the great room below.
As befits a property of this size, there are two kitchens, two laundry rooms, and every bedroom has an en suite bath. The main kitchen boasts luxe appliances, a large island with seating for four, and a sunny breakfast area nearby.
The private, 1.26-acre lot is tree lined and abuts Radnor Lake State Park. There’s also a saltwater pool and a pool house with another full bath.
Other entertaining amenities include a fire pit with seating, an outdoor kitchen and grill station, and a theater room on the fourth floor. Delightfully, there’s an elevator here, too.
Hamilton wowed the world with his gold-medal, figure-skating performance in the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. These days, he’s an analyst and commentator for the sport.
Hamilton founded two figure-skating academies in Tennessee and coaches budding talent there. In 2018, the celebrated skater sold a different mansion in Franklin, TN, for $3.1 million.
As a cancer survivor, Hamilton works as a motivational speaker to bring awareness to the disease and raise funds to fight it.
